Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If you haven’t received tracking within 48 hours of placing your order, reach out to us at hello@bandier-store.com with your order number.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Final sale items and intimates cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us for a return authorization and prepaid shipping label.

Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping options are being evaluated for future expansion. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international delivery becomes available.

Our All Access leggings run true to size with four-way stretch for a supportive fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed feel or sizing down if you prefer compression. Each product page includes a detailed size chart with waist and hip measurements.

Orders are processed quickly, so we can only guarantee changes if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Email hello@bandier-store.com immediately with your order number and requested changes. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
