Women’s Sports Bras — Bandier
Our high-impact compression bra delivers the lock-down support you need for intense cardio and HIIT sessions. Built with a four-way stretch compression fabric that holds everything in place without restricting your breathing, this design keeps you comfortable through burpees, box jumps, and sprint intervals.

Support level matters more than anything else when you’re choosing the right sports bra for your training. We engineer our high-impact styles with encapsulation construction that supports each side independently, reducing bounce by up to 70 percent during running and jumping movements. Medium-support designs use compression to hold everything close to your body without the structure of individual cups.

Fabric Technology and Moisture Management
Every bra in our lineup uses moisture-wicking fibers that pull sweat away from your skin the instant it forms. This isn’t just about comfort — wet fabric against your skin causes chafing and irritation that cuts your workout short. Our technical fabrics move moisture to the outer surface where air circulation evaporates it quickly.
We blend synthetic fibers like nylon and polyester with elastane or spandex to create fabrics that stretch up to 40 percent in all directions while maintaining their shape. The ribbed styles add texture without sacrificing breathability, and the seamless construction means there are zero friction points along seams. Many of our designs incorporate mesh panels at high-heat zones — under the bust, along the sides, across the upper back — to enhance airflow exactly where you need it.

Finding Your Perfect Fit
Band size matters more than cup size when you’re shopping for sports bras. The underband should sit parallel to the ground all the way around your torso — if it rides up in back, you need a smaller band. When you raise your arms overhead, the band should stay put without shifting or rolling.
Shoulder straps carry about 10 percent of the support load, while the underband handles the remaining 90 percent. Adjustable straps let you fine-tune the lift without overtightening, which can cause the band to ride up. We design our straps wide enough to distribute weight without digging into your shoulders, and many of our styles feature crossed or racerback configurations that prevent slipping during overhead movements.

Sports Bra Questions Answered
Match your bra to your primary activity level. High-impact bras work for running, jumping, and CrossFit where you need maximum hold. Medium-support styles handle cycling, strength training, barre, and most group fitness classes. Light-support bras fit walking, gentle yoga, and recovery days.
Your cup size also influences which support level you need. Larger cup sizes typically require high-impact construction even for moderate activities, while smaller cup sizes may find medium support sufficient for most workouts.
Compression bras use tight, stretchy fabric to press everything flat against your chest, distributing support across the entire garment. These work well for smaller cup sizes and medium-impact activities. Encapsulation bras have separate cups that support each side independently, similar to traditional underwire bras but without the wire.
Our high-impact styles use encapsulation or a combination of both methods to deliver maximum hold. The choice comes down to your size and personal comfort preference. Many customers prefer compression for the smooth silhouette it creates under clothes.
Yes, many of our customers wear sports bras as their everyday bras, especially the light-support and medium-support styles. The seamless and ribbed designs are comfortable enough for 12-plus hour wear, and the moisture-wicking fabric keeps you dry whether you’re working out or sitting at a desk.
High-impact compression bras can feel too constricting for all-day wear unless you’re very active throughout the day. The light-support and longline styles offer the best balance of comfort and structure for extended wearing periods.
The underband should sit parallel to the ground all the way around your torso, snug enough that you can only fit two fingers underneath. When you raise your arms overhead, the band should stay in place without riding up your back. If it shifts upward, you need a smaller band size.
Shoulder straps should be snug but not tight — you should be able to slip one finger under each strap comfortably. Adjust straps so they lift without digging into your shoulders. The center front piece should lie flat against your sternum without gaping.
Machine wash in cold water with similar colors using regular detergent. Skip fabric softener completely since it coats the moisture-wicking fibers and makes them less effective. Fasten any hooks before washing to prevent snagging, and consider using a mesh laundry bag to protect straps and elastic.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. The technical fabrics dry quickly, usually within an hour. Avoid high heat, which can break down elastic and synthetic fibers over time. With proper care, our sports bras maintain their support and shape through hundreds of washes.
The pads can shift during machine washing, which is normal. After washing, simply reposition them back into the designated pockets before wearing. Some customers prefer to remove the pads before washing and hand wash them separately, then air dry and reinsert.
The pads are designed to be removed and replaced easily, so you can adjust coverage based on the activity or outfit. They maintain their shape through repeated washing when you follow the cold water and low heat care instructions.
For compression styles, size down if you’re between sizes and want maximum support for high-impact activities. Size up if you prefer a more comfortable fit for lower-intensity workouts or all-day wear.
For adjustable and strappy styles, your in-between size works either way since you can dial in the tension with the straps. If you’re between band sizes and one cup size, we recommend sizing up for comfort and adjusting the straps to add support where needed.
