Women’s Leggings — Bandier
We designed these leggings to be your go-to for every workout and every day between. The high-rise waistband stays in place through burpees, holds you in without cutting off circulation, and sits flat under crop tops.

Every pair of Bandier leggings starts with performance fabric engineered in-house. We test compression levels, stretch recovery, and opacity through thousands of movement cycles before a single yard goes into production.

Sizing and fit guidance
Our leggings run true to size across the collection. If you’re between sizes or prefer a more compressive fit, we recommend sizing down. For a relaxed fit with lighter compression, size up one.
The high-rise styles sit 2-3 inches above your natural waist and cover your navel completely. Mid-rise cuts land at your natural waist for everyday comfort without excess coverage. All inseam measurements listed on product pages reflect size Medium and adjust proportionally across the size run.

Care instructions to extend wear life
Proper care keeps your Bandier leggings performing at their peak for years. We recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors. Skip fabric softener — it coats performance fibers and reduces moisture-wicking ability over time.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry. High heat breaks down elastane fibers and causes premature pilling. If you notice any loose threads after washing, trim them with small scissors rather than pulling — the flatlock seams are designed to prevent unraveling, but pulling can stress the stitching.

Common questions about our leggings
Our leggings run true to size and align with standard US sizing. If you typically wear a medium in athletic brands like Lululemon or Athleta, you’ll wear a medium in our collection. The compression level affects fit slightly — our firm compression styles feel snugger initially but relax to a perfect fit after one wear.
For the most accurate fit, reference our size chart on each product page. We provide waist and hip measurements for every size, plus customer fit feedback that indicates whether a style runs small, large, or true to size.
Light compression suits low-impact activities like yoga, Pilates, and stretching where flexibility matters most. Medium compression balances support and mobility for barre, dance, cycling, and moderate cardio. Firm compression targets high-impact training — running, HIIT, heavy lifting — where you need maximum muscle support and hold.
If you’re between two activities, go with the higher compression level. The fabric stretches and moves with you regardless of compression tier, but higher compression provides better support during intense movement without restricting range of motion during gentler activities.
Yes, every pair in our collection passes rigorous squat-proof testing during development. We test opacity at full stretch to ensure the fabric remains opaque through deep squats, lunges, and floor work. The darker colors — black, navy, charcoal — offer the most coverage, while our lighter shades use denser knit construction to maintain opacity.
For extra confidence, we recommend wearing seamless or thong underwear to eliminate visible lines. The gusset construction in all our leggings provides reinforcement in high-stretch zones without adding bulk.
Wash leggings in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Avoid fabric softener and bleach — both break down performance fibers over time. Turn leggings inside out before washing to protect the exterior finish and reduce pilling.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang to air dry. High heat damages elastane and causes premature wear. If air drying, lay flat or hang by the waistband rather than clipping the legs — this prevents stretching and maintains shape.
Absolutely. Our customers wear these leggings for travel, running errands, working from home, and casual weekend outings. The compression fabrics smooth without feeling restrictive during everyday movement, and styles like our ribbed and sculpted leggings look polished paired with oversized sweaters, blazers, or long coats.
The moisture-wicking properties keep you comfortable during temperature changes between air-conditioned spaces and outdoors. Many customers specifically choose our leggings for long flights because the compression supports circulation during extended sitting.
No, we engineered the pocket placement and construction specifically to prevent bounce. The side pockets sit at mid-thigh with a slight inward angle that keeps your phone pressed against your leg. The compression fabric holds items securely without sagging or shifting during movement.
The back zip pocket closes completely to prevent items from falling out, and the interior waistband pocket includes a small elastic loop for securing keys. We tested these pockets through 10K runs and hour-long HIIT sessions to ensure zero bounce or irritation.
Petite customers under 5’4″ typically prefer our 7/8 length styles with 25-inch inseams — these hit right at the ankle without bunching. Standard inseams (26-27 inches) work well for heights between 5’4″ and 5’8″. Taller customers over 5’9″ should look for our full-length styles with 28-inch inseams for proper ankle coverage.
Inseam measurements on product pages reflect size Medium and adjust proportionally across the size run. If you’re between heights or prefer a specific hem placement, check the detailed measurement chart on each product page for exact inseam lengths by size.
